Normally you need the master code that you will make when your phone to a shop it's free, and put it in the security code. If you want the free method, follow this link ... http://technician.via.my/2008/03/unlock- It's not as bad as it seems, do not worry. Previously he has worked for all BB5 phones I needed:)
